Morrison Real Estate Appraisal Service was founded by George S. Morrison SRA in 1979 as a real estate brokerage firm active in listing, selling and appraising residential real estate in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler and Westmoreland counties.
In 1987 his son Robert D Morrison joined the business when he obtained licensure in 1987 then became certified in 1993 for appraising real estate. Morrison real estate appraisers are all expert witnesses and have proved this with many satisfied customers over the years.
In fact we have countless court room hours being advocates for our appraisal values. Morrison appraisal service is one of the longest established appraisal firms in Western Pennsylvania.
